This free community event is the ultimate celebration of all things spooky, bringing together local vendors, performers, and Halloween enthusiasts of all ages for a thrilling experience. 

 

Event Highlights

• Street Fair (2:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
  Kick off your Halloween festivities at our street fair along McKinley Avenue, from E Wright Ave to E Morton St. With local vendors, food trucks, and community booths, there’s something for everyone! Enjoy live entertainment from local artists and performers, delicious food, and browse for that perfect spooky souvenir.

• Tacoma Halloween Parade (6:30 PM)
  As the sun sets, the Halloween magic begins! Watch ghouls, goblins, and creatures of the night march down McKinley Ave in Tacoma’s inaugural Halloween Parade. This costumed spectacle will light up the night with spooky surprises and community spirit. Be part of the fun or join the crowd to cheer on the best costumes in town.

• Costume Contest (6:00 PM)
  Dress to impress in your spookiest, silliest, or most creative attire for a chance to win our costume contest! Contestants are encouraged to gather at the stage at 6:00 PM for a crowd vote with our Emcee, Casey Catherwood! Categories include:

  • scariest

  • cutest

  • best couple

  • most creative

  • overall best
